Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at the St. Andrew’s College Campus Shop. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Return Period: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Return Process

• In-Store Returns: Bring the item to our shop with the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Mail Returns: Contact us to initiate a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Refund Conditions: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. We will initiate a refund using your original payment method if your return is approved.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please bring it to our shop or contact us at 905.727.3178 ext. 279.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for a refund within 60 days but must be unused and in the same condition you received it/them.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
